What is Reiki?

Originating in Japan in the 1920s, Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui as a deeply spiritual healing practice. One of his master students, Chujiro Hayashi, helped develop Reiki into the hands-on healing system we know today.

Reiki works by guiding energy to bring the body into deep relaxation—where true healing begins. This practice helps to release stress, balance energy, and support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
