We are so energised & ready to bring to you something we know Manchester & men in general are looking for; a deeply healing live series of events for men to come together in a space that can hold all shadow, support each other to step into where our pain and darkness lies, to come together with true connection and bringing life into the balance of vulnerability, strength, authenticity and care for self and other as we open up to inner truths becoming who we are as a healthy masculine individual and brining clarity, direction and healing to our role as a man in the lives of our other fellow men and women.

We welcome you to join us for a free introduction to our men’s work course, The Brotherhood, making of a king.

The call for men’s work has been growing behind closed doors, and it would seem the masculine is ready to become more open and connect on a deeper level to rise and join our feminine counterparts who have really led the way in the public arena of holistic healing, spiritual growth and stepping in to integration. Now, growing in openness and feeling the need for healthy male connection, masculine role models that need updating and connecting with true friendship, we as men are recognising our own wounds and dissatisfaction or misaligned teachings of the masculine role that we have been conditioned to from the past.

Now, we have the opportunity to heal and go in deeper and redefine ourselves like never before. By healing the masculine, strengthening the male role from within and without, along side a band of brothers seeking the same, we become a better man, partner, father, son, friend and brother.

On this course spread over 5 events, together we will explore the masculine energy, our understanding of it and what it can be, our pains, our victories, our shadow, our healing, voice activation, being heard, being witnessed and witnessing our brothers, group breathwork, understanding archetypes, hikes together, cold water, group work and more.

We will shift mindset, we will dig deep physically, we will find the part of ourselves that was never expressed, that has been held back as we integrate, evolve and step into the masculine energy that the world is asking for to support life.
