🌿 PERU PILGRIMAGE 2027
THE MOTHER LAND 🇵🇪
SACRED RETREAT
✨ IS THE AMAZON WHISPERING YOUR NAME? ✨
A Sacred Journey Through the Living Heart of Peru
3rd – 19th April 2027
This is not simply a journey across Peru.
It is an invitation to journey within.
For 17 days, we enter a landscape where ancient mountains meet the Amazon, where ancestral traditions continue to live through ceremony, song, plant wisdom and relationship with the land.
From the depths of the rainforest to the high Andes, from the sacred waters of the Amazon to the ancient stones of Cusco and Machu Picchu, this pilgrimage offers space to slow down, listen deeply, remember and reconnect.
Peru is not simply somewhere we visit.
It is a place we come into relationship with.
⸻
✨ THE CALL OF THE AMAZON 🌴
Our journey begins in the extraordinary ecosystem of the Amazon Jungle.
Surrounded by immense biodiversity, waterways and ancient forest, we are welcomed into an environment where the boundaries between nature, spirit and everyday life feel beautifully close.
Here we spend time learning from Indigenous wisdom keepers and traditional practitioners, exploring ancestral approaches to plants, ceremony, healing and connection.
The intention is not to consume an experience, but to listen, learn and honour the traditions that have been carried through generations.
Through carefully held ceremonial spaces, jungle immersion, traditional practices and periods of reflection, we create the conditions for deeper awareness and personal insight.
⸻
🌿 SACRED PLANT TEACHERS
A central element of the pilgrimage is our relationship with traditional plant medicines.
Within an appropriately held ceremonial setting, participants may encounter ancestral practices connected with Ayahuasca and Wachuma (San Pedro).
These traditions have been part of Indigenous cultures for generations and are approached not as recreational experiences, but within a framework of respect, preparation, intention and integration.
The deeper invitation is to listen.
To become still enough to hear what has been beneath the noise.
To meet ourselves honestly.
And to consider what we may be ready to release, understand or bring into a new chapter of our lives.
The medicine is not the destination.
The relationship, learning and integration are part of the journey.
⸻
🏵️ SHIPIBO WISDOM
Our time in the Amazon includes an opportunity to encounter the rich cultural heritage of the Shipibo-Konibo people, whose traditions are deeply connected to the forest, rivers, plants, ceremony, music and artistic expression.
Their intricate geometric designs, known as kené, carry profound cultural meaning and are woven through textiles, art and ceremonial traditions.
We approach this exchange with humility.
We come as guests.
We listen rather than assume.
We learn rather than appropriate.
And we honour the knowledge keepers who choose to share their traditions with us.
⸻
💧 YARINACOCHA — WATER, DREAMTIME & THE JUNGLE
Our journey takes us towards Yarinacocha Lake, a beautiful gateway into the Amazonian landscape.
Here, the rhythm changes.
The jungle invites us into a slower relationship with time.
There is space for observation, silence, exploration and connection with the natural world—including the possibility of encountering the remarkable pink river dolphins that inhabit the region.
This part of the pilgrimage reminds us that transformation does not always happen through intensity.
Sometimes it happens simply by becoming quiet enough to notice.
⸻
🏔️ THE SACRED VALLEY
Leaving the rainforest behind, we ascend into the Andes.
The landscape transforms dramatically.
Mountains rise around us, ancient agricultural terraces trace the contours of the earth and small communities continue traditions shaped by centuries of relationship with the land.
The Sacred Valley becomes a place to breathe, reflect and reconnect.
We explore places such as Pisac and Ollantaytambo, encountering archaeological sites and living Andean culture while allowing the extraordinary landscape itself to become part of the experience.
⸻
🏛️ CUSCO — THE SACRED CENTRE
Our journey through the Andes brings us to Cusco, a city layered with history, spirituality and cultural transformation.
Once the heart of the Inka world, Cusco carries an extraordinary meeting of Indigenous Andean heritage, colonial history and contemporary life.
Here we explore sacred sites, ancient stones and living traditions.
We are reminded that sacredness is not necessarily found in something distant or mystical.
It can exist in place, community, history, relationship and presence.
⸻
⛰️ MACHU PICCHU — LEGACY OF THE ANCIENTS
Few places in the world carry the presence of Machu Picchu.
High among the Andes, surrounded by mountains and clouds, the ancient citadel offers a powerful moment of reflection.
We walk among the stones.
We observe the precision of the architecture.
We look across the mountains.
And we consider the generations who came before us.
we approach Machu Picchu as an opportunity to contemplate legacy, impermanence, human potential and our relationship with the Earth.
⸻
🌈 RAINBOW MOUNTAIN ⛰️
High in the Andes, the colours of Rainbow Mountain reveal themselves across the landscape.
The altitude demands presence.
Every step becomes deliberate.
Every breath becomes noticeable.
And the mountain offers its own simple teaching:
You cannot rush your way to the summit.
The climb becomes both a physical experience and a metaphor for the inner journey.
One step.
One breath.
One moment at a time.
⸻
🌄 THE SACRED ANDES
Our pilgrimage may also include traditional Andean practices and ceremonial experiences designed to deepen our relationship with the land and with ourselves.
These moments are approached with respect for the cultural traditions from which they originate.
The intention is not to recreate or commercialise sacred traditions, but to enter into experiences responsibly, with appropriate guidance, humility and gratitude.
⸻
🌙 A JOURNEY OF REMEMBERING
There is a thread running through the entire pilgrimage:
Remembering.
Remembering that we are part of nature.
Remembering the wisdom of slowing down.
Remembering how to listen.
Remembering that life can be lived with greater intention.
And perhaps remembering parts of ourselves that became quiet beneath the demands of everyday life.
This journey is an invitation to ask:
Who am I becoming?
What am I ready to leave behind?
What deserves my devotion now?
What does a more conscious life look like when I return home?
⸻
🤍 THE CONTAINER
A journey of this depth requires more than an itinerary.
It requires a safe, grounded and intentional container.
The role of the facilitators is to support the group through preparation, ceremony, travel, reflection and—most importantly—integration.
There will be space for connection and community, but also for silence and personal reflection.
For joy.
For challenge.
For wonder.
For the unexpected.
And for the realisation that transformation does not necessarily happen in one dramatic moment.
Sometimes it unfolds quietly over weeks, months and years.
⸻
🌱 INTEGRATION — WHERE THE JOURNEY REALLY BEGINS
The greatest question is not:
“What happened in Peru?”
It is:
“What will I do with what Peru awakened in me?”
Integration is therefore an essential part of the pilgrimage.
We create space to reflect on experiences, insights and emotions, and to consider how they can translate into everyday life.
Because the purpose of a sacred journey is not to escape ordinary life.
It is to return to ordinary life differently.
With greater awareness.
Greater responsibility.
Greater connection.
And perhaps a clearer understanding of what truly matters.
Alongside the core experiences of the retreat, we will also be offering a range of optional practices and complementary activities designed to support participants on their individual journeys. These offerings will provide opportunities to deepen relaxation, self-awareness, physical wellbeing, emotional integration, and connection with the body and mind.
Depending on availability, timing, and the needs of the group, participants may have access to astrological guidance, offering a space for personal reflection and exploration through the lens of astrology. We may also offer Access Bars® sessions, which are intended to encourage relaxation and help participants create space for reflection and inner calm.
Another optional practice will be cleansing with plants, incorporating traditional plant-based practices in a respectful and intentional way. These experiences will be approached as complementary practices and will always take into consideration the individual’s comfort, readiness, and personal boundaries.
On mornings when the schedule and location allow, we may offer gentle morning yoga routines. These sessions will be an opportunity to begin the day slowly and consciously, bringing movement, breath, and awareness into the body before engaging with the day’s activities.
We will also incorporate breathwork practices, creating opportunities to explore conscious breathing as a tool for grounding, relaxation, emotional awareness, and connection with oneself. The intensity and style of the breathwork will be adapted according to the circumstances and the needs of the group.
During the retreat, there will also be opportunities for integration practices following the master plant experiences and throughout the journey. Integration is an important part of the process, providing participants with time and space to reflect on their experiences, process emotions and insights, and explore how these experiences may connect with their everyday lives.
These optional practices are intended to complement the main retreat experience rather than create additional pressure or expectations. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their own bodies and intuition, choosing the practices that feel appropriate for them while allowing themselves the freedom to rest, reflect, or simply be present when that is what they need.
The exact activities offered will depend on practical considerations, including the location, weather, group schedule, availability of practitioners, and the overall flow of the retreat. Our intention is to create a flexible and supportive environment in which these additional practices can naturally become part of the journey.

✨ AND BEYOND…
Peru is the destination.
But the transformation continues beyond the mountains.
Beyond the jungle.
Beyond the ceremonies.
Beyond the ancient stones.
Beyond the final goodbye.
The real pilgrimage begins when we return home and begin weaving what we have learned into the way we live, love, work, create and serve.
And beyond…
